| ABOUT ME I am a native of the San Francisco Bay Area and currently reside in Austin, Texas with my husband, two sons and our two corgis. I LOVE . . . books, movies, coffee and garage sales having a great conversation with a friend a sunny day with just the right amount of breeze going over the Golden Gate Bridge watching dogs play together when my sons laugh and play together when I love a book so much that I don't want it to end really good beer the sound of a screen door slamming I DO NOT LOVE . . . sitting in traffic feeling like I never have enough time heavy metal music when my dogs bark weak coffee or beer loud noises PORTRAIT SESSIONS / WHAT TO EXPECT I love becoming part of your world for a few hours. I don't want you to primp or dress up. I just want you to be yourself. It is the essence of you and your relationship with your family that I seek to capture. I won't pose you or make you smile. I may suggest some fun things to do, but that's about where the structure ends. I want you to forget that I am there. After you book a session with me we discuss location. I shoot on location at people's homes or a favorite spot. I use all natural lighting. The session itself lasts about 2 hours. Within three weeks I prepare an online proofing gallery for you to browse through and pick your favorites. When is the best time to photograph your family? Every day. PORTRAITS / PRICING All portrait sessions are done on-location and include up to two hours of shooting. All of your photographs are individually edited and then posted online for your and you family and friends' viewing. I offer a wide array of products including custom coffee table books, fine art canvas and paper prints, digital negatives and much more. Portrait sessions start at $350 in the Austin area. Travel is an additional charge. Twice a year (Fall and Spring) I do sessions in Northern and Southern California. If you are interested in those, please send me your contact information so I can add you to the mailing list. Travel to other cities is also possible, so please email me with your interest. WEDDINGS / WHAT TO EXPECT One of you asked. One of you said YES. And now you are heading down the aisle. I love weddings. I especially love photographing them. I like being the proverbial fly on the wall and recording your story in a way that will take you back to that day again and again. Wedding photography doesn't have to be boring, it should be fun and that is my goal. I love what I do and I hope that it shows in every image that I capture.
